Intro
One evening you began to feel unwell. You knew something was off, but you weren’t sure what.
You get dressed and head to the clinic, where you’re met by a sexy, big-boobed doctor. She takes one look at you and smiles slyly.

She hands you a pill, but it’s not just any pill. It’s the Midnight Prescription.
Holding it in your hand, you think, “How the fuck am I supposed to take this?”
She snatches it back. “It’s a onahole, you imbecile.”
The doctor, with surgical precision and attentiveness, performs a most welcoming treatment to your cock with the onahole. After finishing, she hands you the Forbidden Pill Pussy and a prescription to use as needed.
First Impressions

XTC’s Midnight Prescription – The Forbidden Pill Pussy caught my attention because of the interesting aesthetic and tunnel preview. I’m weirdly fascinated by the pill aesthetic. I get to pretend I’m fapping for medical purposes. But I mean, who isn’t, ya know what I’m saying?
The Midnight Prescription is a smaller onahole with a closed-hole design, measuring about 5 inches and weighing a little under a pound.

The inner box design with the medical theming is a nice touch, and the box itself feels premium. Doctor waifu on the front is hot and fits the aesthetic perfectly. I really enjoy the little chibi characters XTC uses throughout.

Coming out of the box, there was some of the usual first-time powder residue in the bag, but the onahole itself was clean. The material holds its shape well, and overall it feels like better quality than I expected for this size.
Main Event
The textures inside this toy are prominent and easy to feel throughout the hole, leaning more into novelty than realism. It’s a bit stiffer than expected inside, but that’s part of what makes the textures stand out so much.

I got the most enjoyment using only about half the length, letting the more prominent texturing concentrate on the head of my penile member.
There’s no backstop on this toy. The end of the onahole is literally the end of the hole. If you’re long enough, you can see the head of your dick pushing against the material on the backside. On one hand, it feels kind of nice pushing that far in. On the other, it’s clearly the weak point of the toy, more on that below.

All in all, I can finish with it easily. It’s a little different from other toys, and I like it.
Clean Up
Not much to say here. The onahole is small and easy to flip inside out and clean thoroughly. There are a couple of spots in the tunnel that are tough to reach, but nothing serious.
Final Thoughts
The Midnight Prescription surprised me. I figured a form factor this small, at a budget price, wouldn’t do much. Instead, I was impressed with the build quality and firmness. You can feel the different textures throughout, and that’s hard to pull off at this size.

The aesthetic and pill design is nice, and the toy gets the job done.
My only real hang-up is the lack of a backstop. With no padding at the end, it’s easy to imagine where the first tear is going to happen. I actually considered cutting it myself to make it a through-hole design, and I did. Update: it negatively affects the suction. Now, lube (and cum) shoot straight through the back. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just absolutely hung. Glad I tried it though.
If you’re looking for something small that doesn’t just look like a generic vagina sleeve, this toy packs a punch. The Midnight Prescription Forbidden Pill Pussy is a budget pick at $27.95, a lowkey design that over-delivers for the size and price.
